Wax Converters produce a variety of canvas type fabrics that are suitable for many different apparel end uses. These include shirts, trousers, shorts, vests and jackets to name a few. All WCT canvases are woven using 100% Natural Cotton Fibres, giving the fabrics rugged, hard wearing properties whilst maintaining breathability.
Canvas qualities are as follows:
Aztec: AZTEC is a 10oz 100% Cotton Hopsac construction, a rugged fabric that provides a unique appearance and hard wearing properties with great comfort.
Gap Shirting: GAP SHIRTING is light weight 100% Cotton drill, ideal for leisure apparel applications especially for ladies and children's wear. Light and soft it lends itself to comfortable leisure wear.
8oz Canvas: 100% Cotton plain weave canvas, a fabric that provides hard wearing properties and comfort. 8oz canvas is an outdoor style fabric that lends itself to casual street wear, jackets, anoraks, slacks, shorts, etc.
10oz Canvas: 100% Cotton plain weave canvas, a fabric that provides hard wearing properties and comfort. 10oz canvas is an outdoor style fabric that lends itself to casual street wear, jackets, anoraks, slacks, shorts, and heavier coat/jacket type applications.
Pigment Canvas – 8oz 100% Cotton plain weave fabric, that offers a slightly ‘coarser’ look to 8oz canvas. Provides hard wearing properties, suited for outdoor style garments such as street wear, jackets, anoraks, slacks and shorts etc.
